Shipping & Returns
 / Statewide Internet Services has a standard 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, unless otherwise noted on the product page. After the 30-days after original purchase date has passed, please contact manufacturer for the warranty on the product.  Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days after the original purchase date.  All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If there is a manufacturer defect on the product, an exchange will be done (there will be no 10% restock fee, if determined to be defective product).

Shipping Policy

Currently we only accept sales orders shipping to contiguous U.S. and Canada shipping addresses. We ship with Fedex, UPS, and USPS within the contiguous United States. We ship with USPS only when shipping to Canada and any U.S. island or territory such as HI, AK, PR, and Florida Keys. We do not currently ship internationally. We do not currently ship to APO/AFO. Thank you.
How to use the Payment Methods on the Checkout Flow

For the "Credit Card" payment method, the Billing Address and Shipping Address need to match and be the same.  For "Google Checkout" and "PayPal" payment methods, the Billing Address and Shipping Address are allowed to be different.  PayPal requires that buyer has a "Confirmed PayPal Shipping Address."  Please login to your account at to ensure the shipping address is in "Confirmed" status.  When going through the PayPal checkout flow on our website, please be sure to select the correct shipping address from the dropdown menu.         PO BOX addresses are accepted for Billing Address (from your credit card statement), however for the Shipping Address please specify a physical address for delivery with Fedex and UPS.

If your credit card is being declined and you are trying to use a PO BOX address as Billing Address, please make sure that you leave out the periods.  Type it as PO BOX, and not P.O. BOX.

To pay with Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check please contact us by email with the exact products wanting to be purchased.  We will give instructions on how to send the payment by mail. Please print out the email as record, and enclose the email message printout with the payment in the same envelope.         Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.  Please note that on your credit card / debit card statement, our charge will appear as or similar.  Please contact us by email if you have any questions regarding the charge on your statement.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information usually the same day it ships. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the dimensional weight of your products as determined by the shipment carrier, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. An estimated shipping cost is provided on the page before placing an order.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
